The 99%'er Wings to the left of this panel are being worn more and more on the vests of Bikers across the country. They were designed and produced here locally by Blue Knight LE MC Texas Chapter 12's Immediate Past President Wild Bill Lowry mailto:wildbill3101@att.net They represent the freedom that comes from the open road aboard a two wheeler, and an attitude of independence yet full alliance and affiliation with the Law Enforcement profession. It screams loudly, We're COPS MAKE NO DOUBT!!!! We have full arrest authority!!! The wings also broadcast loudly that, "We are the Good Guys, a band of outstanding law enforcement bikers from the Local Police Agencies, Task Forces, County Law Enforcement, State Police, Federal Agencies, and Military Law Enforcement Communities from all around the world. We're ABSOLUTELY united at every level make no doubt!!!" The wings are a dual purpose symbol that also represents a committment to abide by and enforce existing laws, representing to all others an example of motorcycle safety and police professionalism. The wings were designed originally to be worn by Blue Knights but quickly caught on by the the vast amount of ever growing Law Enforcement Motorcycle Clubs and Fire Fighter Motorcycle Clubs. A huge demand by citizen riders who are like minded riders have also prompted Wild Bill to relax the Copyright and Intellectual property rights to a certain extent, modified to include only the sale of the embroidered wings in their original design, allowing all 99%er riders to purchase and wear these wings proudly. The wings are available for purchase through our local embroidery company here in San Antonio but the request must initially go throught Wild Bill. ALL Law Enforcement and 99%er bikers who want to purchase them can have them. They may NOT however be reproduced in any other form or fashion and may not be used as an item sold by any organization for profit. Wild Bill reserves and maintains the intellectual proprty in that regard and warns that compensation would be sought for a violation of Intellectual Property Laws! The wings represent the positive biker lifestyle, one that incorporates integrity, honor, and service. They remind us constantly to ride safely and promote the Blue Knight's attitude of unconditional motorcycle safety to others and ourselves. To do otherwise might take on a very different and more negative connotation. The 99%er Wing emblems DO have intellectual property rights as intended by their designer and producer but the purchase is open to all 99%er's. Wild Bill wildbill3101@att.net reserves and retains all rights, priveleges, and intellectual property rights to this design but relaxes a portion of said rights to any 99% Bikers, so that they might order the embroidered patches from the authorized manufacturer in their original emboidered state. They may therefore be worn proudly on vests, coats, caps, belonging to each buyer when purchased from our local manufacturer here in SA. These beautifully embroidered multi-colored patches are typically issued to each new Chapter 12 member at no cost. A very minimal cost is however required for any extras to offset our production costs. We make no profit from our small chapter sales of these wings to our members and expect none to be made by any person(s) who order them. Our brothers in Blue Knights Texas Chapter 4 also wear and have purchaed the wings for their membership and other Blue Knights in similar fashion as Chapter 12 does now. Wild Bill does not however authorize Chapter 4 or any other Blue Knight chapter authority written or verbal to sell these protected items for profit or reproduce them in any other form or fashion without prior consent. Anyone who believes in, and lives the 99%'er biker lifestyle can also purchase one or two from Blue Knights Texas Chapter XII if he or she is a current or retired Law Enforcement Officer. They may also be awarded to a 99%er MC member and in certain cases sold soley to recover production expenditures. It's a stunning and fashionable way to let everyone know while out on the open roadway that you're a proud 99%er. You're not alone!. 99%er Bikers are everywhere! We may not be wearing their symbols of association at the time you see us, but we're everywhere! The vast majority of all bikers on the road today are 99%ers....and part of the largest Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club in the World. The Blue Knights today represent the essence of the 99%er LE Biker Lifestyle! By extension and association, the Blue Knights ingeneral are but a smaller element of the even larger and overall professional band of law enforcement professionals...which is an immense worldwide organization.
