Our beloved Texas Chapter XII Blue Knight and Bexar County Deputy "Leroy Brown" has gone to be with our Lord Jesus Christ. Dianna L. Bowers, age 52 of San Antonio passed away November 15, 2009 leaving behind her life long companion Mark "Suitcase" Williams with whom she shared her love and life. Dianna was born November 6, 1957 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to James T. and Thelma J. (Kauffman) Carroll. She had served with the Balcones Heights Police Department and was a Sergeant with the Public Safety Department at Our Lady of The Lake University.
